In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "gk55", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the gk55 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for the operation of gk55.io.
• "Platform" — refers to the gk55 website accessible at gk55.io, including all subpages, features, games, sportsbook facilities, account management tools, and related digital services.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any registered user of the gk55 Platform who has completed account registration and the gk55 Login process.

• "Balance" — refers to the funds held in a Member 's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real funds.

Use of the gk55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the gk55 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all Accounts associated with that individual.
5. Personal Use: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. You must not register or use an Account on behalf of any third party.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

All financial transactions on the gk55 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gk55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the Payment Methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. gk55 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your Payment Method provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gk55 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the gk55 finance team. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. gk55 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a Payment Method that you own and that has been previously used for deposits to your Account.

All transactions are processed in BDT. Any currency conversion costs that arise if your Payment Method operates in a different currency are solely your responsibility.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the gk55 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game categories:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the gk55 Platform are subject to acceptance by gk55. gk55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where technical errors have affected the odds displayed, or where gk55 reasonably suspects that the bet forms part of a coordinated or fraudulent wagering strategy.

All content on the gk55 Platform, including but not limited to the gk55 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to gk55 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of gk55.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate dispute resolution process as applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. gk55's decision on all matters relating to the operation of the Platform, including bet settlement, bonus allocation, and Account management, is final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error.
